ACT Certified Educator

ACT Certified Educators is an innovative credentialing program that recognizes individuals who meet certification requirements designed to enable them to help students prepare to take the ACT test.

My role on this project has been multidimensional, to say the least. I was hired as an instructional designer to develop the training content and my responsibilities quickly expanded to include leading the training, establishing the claims of the certification, operationalizing the proctored exams, managing the marketing artifacts, and promoting the product to domestic and international clients. Of course, I did not achieve these feats on my own as the success of the program is best attributed to the multidisciplinary team at ACT that I have had the honor of of working with.
